FAQ

Do you come to my house?

Yes, I typically come to clients’ homes or offices. That way we can work with your wifi, printer, devices, etc. as you are typically going to use them. If you’re more comfortable meeting at a coffee shop or library, that is perfectly fine.

Do you offer remote support?

Yes, I have the ability to set up a remote screen sharing session as we talk over the phone or video call.

Do you fix/repair physically broken computers or iPhones?

No. I can troubleshoot software issues, but do not service broken devices (shattered phone screens, etc.).

What types of websites can you build/maintain?

I am proficient in building Squarespace and Wix websites.

Do you work with PCs and Macs?

Yes! While the products I use at home are Apple devices, I am able to support PCs and Microsoft software. While I have some knowledge of Android devices, I would not put myself forward as an Android expert. However, I can usually figure out answers to general questions!
