UPDATE REGARDING COVID-19

The uncertainty and upheaval around the COVID-19 pandemic has touched all of our lives and forced us all to adjust to a new way of interacting with people in our personal lives and businesses. I want to do my best to keep my clients safe and healthy while providing technical help in a time when it is needed the most.

For Tech Tutor, this adjustment has meant a switch to remote support sessions instead of in-home or in-office visits. I am able to set up a remote screen sharing session on Macs, PCs, or mobile devices so that I am able to see and/or control your device remotely! This solution has worked for nearly all troubleshooting and training topics. For issues with printers, routers, or other devices that require a physical presence, I am still offering on-site support and am taking the precautions of wearing a mask and bringing hand sanitizer (and using it frequently).

Zoom, FaceTime, Google Docs, Dropbox, and more have become much more commonplace in many people’s lives. These are topics I am happy to offer support on! I can offer training and troubleshooting as well as live meeting tech support for larger Zoom meetings as they happen.
